Sixth Street Studios & Two Family Garden Home
Seeing and hearing a need for professional housing in Ardmore, we knew that there was an opportunity to create something fun and special to help local businesses recruit talent to southern Oklahoma. We created a plan that would feel modern and yet still work in the existing historic neighborhood. We designed and built six unique units that serve unique demographics. The units range from 700 SF-1300SF and 1 bedroom-3 bedrooms.
Development is our specialty. We enjoy finding the diamond in the rough, adding value by hard work and vision, and creating beauty for the community to enjoy.
