Bywater Development specializes in creating new life for the tired and distressed-buildings that is! The new owners of 425 Elk Avenue asked for a special improvement to a long-neglected building, with hopes of getting a new vibe similar to the restoration we had recently completed at Scout’s General.
The building was totally gutted, rebuilt from the inside, brought to code, and up to date.
